We have finally returned home to the UK, after just over three amazing years in South Africa. I have met some incredible people, horses, and horse and rider combinations, and many friends whom I shall treasure for life!
Ollie, Blondie and Thor all travelled over by plane in January and arrived safely, however, Thor sadly died two weeks ago.
I am now back in the full swing of things, and available for the normal Dressage clinics, individual, semi and group training sessions. I will also be running the Dressage Theory Courses, Interactive Teaching Technique Courses, and Stable Management Courses, with the help of Elite Dressage Event Organisers! I am currently recruiting for Event Organisers for all areas of the UK, and would love to hear from you if you are interested. The only requirement is a passion for the Equestrian World!
I am very much looking forward to re-connecting, and connecting with new students and horsey people in general over the next year, and wish you all the best with your endeavours for 2012!! Please keep in touch with your news, and any queries you may have.
Philippa!

For those of you who know or have been following Philippa's career in the dressage world, you will know that her long term goals and aspirations for representing her country in the olympics are very important to her. We are very excited to announce the arrival of FLORESANNA a six month old filly by Wolandia (Sandro Hit) and Five Star (Weltmeyer). Her name was carefully designed by her breeders, Debbie and Anders Wallin of Compton House Stud, comprising of the two blood lines of the Sire and Dam- FLORE for Florenstein- (Weltmeyer) and SANNA for Sandro Hit. Along with one of Floresanna's half sisters, who was sold to Paul Schockomohle for euros: 800,000, we truly believe that she has the capability of fulfilling Philippa's aspirations.

Philippa has recently taken The Equestrian Academy on as a client, teaching the SANEF Instructor students and Stud manager students all phases of riding and the major principles of the equestrian sport. Philippa carries out all her teaching with innate professionalism and attention to detail. All of Philippa's students have the benefit of learning the training line practised by Anky Van Grunsven and Arjen Teeuwissen, (Dutch Olympic Champions and Philippa's trainer). There are very few in the world who have this insight for training the horse.
Philippa will be holding various clinics, seminars and demonstrations at the academy for outside riders to take part in. Please email info@elitedressage.co.uk for more information, specifying what you are particularly interested in doing. Please see the list of courses available on the 'Courses' page.

Having spent so many years working as a professional in the Equestrian industry, Philippa has decided to call up some of her pals (some of which are quite famous worldwide) and get them to come and give some special ONE OFF ELITE DRESSAGE DEMONSTRATIONS and clinics.
One incredibly special guest star is Daniel Wilson- (Monty Robert's) Rider and demonstration co star. Philippa trained with Dan 10 years ago learning the art of the join up, using Monty's Intelligent Horsemanship methods. Dan will be holding a clinic and a demo, so please do get in touch if you have any problem horses, no matter what the problem, Dan has NEVER failed to fix a horse. Examples: - Horses that won't load, dangerous/ out of control horses that cannot be handled/ horses which contantly buck or rear.
Get in touch if you or a friend could benefit from Dan's expertise, or if you would like to come and watch Dan working his magic. It really is a special talent that he has, and incredibly moving to watch.
